Shipping Policy

We take pride in offering fast and reliable shipping! We usually ship within 24-48 hours of your order being placed, and you will be notified you as soon as your order is shipped.

Once your order has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days to receive depending on your location (in rare cases your shipment may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control).

Some items are shipped directly from our suppliers. In these cases, orders will take a little longer. Once your order ships, tracking information will be supplied to you.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All electronic items will be checked for physical, software and or internal damage.

Please go to the  Return Portal and follow the steps there to request your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without a “Return Authorization” will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 3-5 business day for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post your refund.
